At Shapings, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
